The Mondrian Tulum Hotel & Residences is the newest addition to Tulum’s luxury hotel scene!
Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, has teamed up with Inzigna Capital to bring this exciting project to fruition. The Mondrian Tulum Hotel & Residences, which will open in 2025, will be the second Mondrian property in Mexico, following the highly anticipated opening of Mondrian Mexico City in late 2022.

This impressive 64-room hotel will provide guests with four food and beverage outlets, including a destination restaurant, lounge bar, specialty rooftop bar, pool bar & grill, as well as a spa, fitness center, outdoor pool, and a variety of other amenities. The residential project will include 151 units, ranging from three-bedroom townhouses to a four-bedroom Casa VIP, for those looking to make Tulum their permanent residence. Residents of the Mondrian Tulum will have access to the hotel’s wellness facilities, including the yoga area and pool.
