Tulum Sculpture

In 2018 came to the Ahau hotel in Tulum, Quintana Roo, the sculpture “Come to the light” by South African artist Daniel Popper, which was part of the art and music festival “Art With Me”, the sculpture became a must for tourists visiting Tulum, so in October 2022 it became part of the new giant sculpture park that is part of the best attractions of Tulum.

These sculptures measure just over 10 meters and are made with local materials that celebrate the history and culture, creating a unique space where art plays with nature, these sculptures are inspired by the Mayan culture, representing ancient gods, animals and warriors are made by the artist Daniel Popper, a South African artist who makes a combination between the environment where they will be placed, the materials and the emotions he wants to highlight in these sculptures.

Tulum Sculpture Park Cost

The entrance fee is three dollars; that is, 60.52 pesos, according to the current exchange rate, children under 12 years old enter for free when accompanied by an adult.

The cost of this entrance fee also includes some activities inside the hotel, don’t forget to ask about them to make the most of your visit.

The price is very affordable, and it is important to mention that the money raised will be entirely dedicated to the maintenance of the sculptures and support to the artists, as you can see, besides having a good time, you will also be supporting art.
